First off, your use of pure curved lines give muscle and hair detail to your character. I also admire your use of geometric shapes in the background. Your use of gradients in the value implies a smooth texture on her scales.

However, the two cubic lines on the top and bottom of the background don't match up to the perspective on the shape in the middle. There is also not much color contrast between the background shapes, and the dragon herself. Still, there is a lot of variety in value.

I find the dragon pretty adorable, and she also looks young and energetic, which is what I admire in a character. Apparently, from looking at this picture, you want to show how hyper and feisty your dragon character is, as well as spiritual. You made her the emphasis of the picture with your usage of background, and her size takes up lots of space left by the background on the canvas.
